Jennifer Gresham has helped hundreds of people around the world find greater fulfillment and financial success as a high performance coach and business strategist. She founded Work for Humanity to help people see the future as an invitation to create a better human experience of work, rather than a dire problem to solve.
This simple shift in mindset challenges every single one of us to become part of the solution. Indeed, building a future of work that serves us under these dynamic conditions will require nearly everyone’s contribution.
Prior to her coaching, Gresham spent 16 years in the U.S. Air Force as a scientist and an officer. She is the former Assistant Chief Scientist of the Human Performance Wing for the Air Force Research Laboratory, where she helped lead a $100M research portfolio spanning the fields of biology, psychology, and technology.
During her military career, she also taught college chemistry, served as a program manager for the Surface & Interfacial Science and Biophysical Mechanisms programs at the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, and led Corporate Communications for the Air Force Research Laboratory.
Gresham is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and received her Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Maryland. She was awarded the Air Force Research and Development Scientist of the Year in 2008 and is the author of several publications on human performance augmentation.
